Ask any CEO or customer service manager what the goal of a company is and they might say something like this: To provide a product or service to our customers at a fair market price. And do so with outstanding customer service.

Now, ask the same CEO or manager the same question at their corporate board meeting and the answer will do a complete 180.

The latter response will sound like this: To better the profit margin and return the greatest dividend for the stockholder. And to do so, we’ll be implementing the six sigma process for error management.

Both replies are correct. Just the audiences are different.

The time for a change has come. Humanity has to learn and get used to the fact that it has been moving too fast for its own good. This is proven by the fact that we are willing to sacrifice the life saving plants and dig and destroy the earth for sources of fuel. Now everyone has to learn how to save electricity and everyone has to apply these techniques. Otherwise there is imminent danger. A global meltdown is on the way and it is up to us to stop it. And one of the most important ways to do that is to save electricity. We are the change bringers and the future of the earth depends on us.
