Do You Need to Go On a College Course to Learn Music Production?

10 years ago or so if you wanted to learn music production you’d definitely have to have gone to college and enrolled on a comprehensive course.

Now you don’t and plenty of new, existing musicians, DJs and enthusiasts are proving this point. The digital music revolution has enabled anyone who wants to make music  to just download some software and learn how to use it watching Youtube videos. 

While the terminology, techniques and methodology is still hard to grasp at the beginning now you can learn as you go along which means you’ll be more inclined to stick at it as you’ll be making music quickly.

A college course will put you well on the way to becoming a professional music producer, however it is no longer a necessity.
