An individual always need to have a driving license anywhere and in any country if he or she wishes to drive on their own. Having a driving license ensures to keep a check on the incidence of rash and reckless driving and also it helps to minimize the risks of road accidents. If someone drives a car or a vehicle without having a valid driving license, then it is considered illegal and that person is liable to be punished or fined. In fact if an individual wishes to drive in a foreign country, then also he or she is required to hold a valid International Driving License.
