Is it any cheaper?

Now, I am not usually one to complain, but it has been so bad that I have had to walk everywhere because I can not afford the gas. I thought getting a diesel performance engine was going to save me money in the long run because I was going to save money at the pump. Well, since gas has been going up, diesel gas has been even more expensive than regular gas. I am hoping that at some point it will go back down to where it should be.
