You can never get used cars by owner cheap from a used car sales man. You might believe that you have gotten away with a good deal but 99% of the times that is not the case. Used car sales men know a lot about a car probably more than you will ever know. The reason is because its their job to every car in detail and its history. Never go for a car that you feel isn’t good because that way you are going to get stuck with something that you don’t like.
