Business coaching

To make the best use of your time it is beneficial to have a clear idea of how you actually spend it so that you can identify areas for improvement in your time management. We all think we know where our hours are spent but when you start business coaching and look closely at your days you’d be surprised how you really spend your time. The best way to really know how you are spending your time now is to keep a time-log. Basically, all you need to do is write down in detail how you spend your time each day in blocks of, say, 15 minutes. This may sound tedious but it is well worth it and you don’t have to keep it up forever, a week or two is enough. When you do this for a couple of weeks an look back over how you spent your time you can clearly see which activities are worthwhile and which are a waste of your time.
