Can ex military get california health insurance

My daughter was born in the navy hospital and has always gone there when we needed any kind of medical care. Also all our prescriptions were given to us there. My husband just got his honorable discharge and wants to stay here and look for work. I am afraid about what we will do if we need medical care for my daughter. Can i go somewhere to apply for california state health insurance for all of us. Or if not all then just for my daughter.
