Do A Trademarks Search Prior To Company Branding

If their success leads them to need trademarks, they often run into a serious problem. After completing a trademark search for their company brand or logo they often find that it’s already being used and protected from others using it. Using the name is infringement. The lesson here is to do the search before branding your company. This way you know what names are available to you and you can protect your own name from being used by other people as well.
