Six Sigma: Better Profits Through Error Management.
October 31, 2008 on 9:10 pm | By admin | In Business | 4 CommentsAsk any CEO or customer service manager what the goal of a company is and they might say something like this: To provide a product or service to our customers at a fair market price. And do so with outstanding customer service.
Now, ask the same CEO or manager the same question at their corporate board meeting and the answer will do a complete 180.
The latter response will sound like this: To better the profit margin and return the greatest dividend for the stockholder. And to do so, we’ll be implementing the six sigma process for error management.
Both replies are correct. Just the audiences are different.
