What do I need to do in order to comply with eDiscovery?
November 28, 2008 on 12:18 pm | By admin | In Business | 1 CommentI have just heard that we are going to have to go through eDiscovery for a case that we are involved in, and I am trying to find out more about what is involved in this and what the best way is to go about meeting the requirements. What exactly do we have to find and supply to the lawyers for the other side? I am not even sure that we have saved all the emails regarding the event in question. What is saved or not tends to depend on the individual employee who receives the email. We need to put in place some sort of policy to standardize this I suppose.
