Your record is never enough

I have narrowed my search to a few companies that I believe that I could fit in real well at, and I could provide them a great deal of knowledge with my extensive background in business. But I also know that just having a business degree will not be enough. I will be competing for the same job with younger applicants who will accept lower pay and longer hours, whereas I will want higher pay because I know how the system works. Being prepared is going to be my best options.
