I much prefer to know how old my food is, so I have started producing some of my own in order to make this possible. I have a huge backyard, so I have a nice garden to grow fruits and melons. Now I am thinking that it is time that I build a backyard chicken coop so I will have my own source of really fresh eggs. I don’t eat a lot of meat, so I don’t think I will have any chicken for meat purposes. I can’t imagine killing them myself.
