The problem I have now is some of my previously-slim weight has turned into a spongier, flabby substitute… in other words, the tests of time are beginning to take a stab at my mid-section.
Nonetheless, I’m not too worried because I have a fair grasp on nutrition and how our bodies react to food and exercise.
Many people don’t understand the weight difference between fat weight gain and muscle weight gain.
Muscle weighs two times as much as fat and also burns twice as many calories.
Putting this knowledge into practice is when it truly becomes knowledge.
