How to burn off stubborn belly fat quickly

Fat pills are a quick answer to getting rid of fat, but they’re not the only way to burn belly fat. For most of us some simple lifestyle changes can result in similar results that will be a lot longer lasting then those fat burning pills and you won’t have the big pill for the supplements either. Some people are tricked into believing that diet alone can get rid of those last few pounds, how ever it often isn’t enough. You see our bodies almost always lose fat last from the first places we put the weight on. The most effective way to get rid of those last few pounds is with cardiovascular exercise. You can pick your cardio exercise you prefer, it doesn’t have to be of crazy intensity, how ever the time you spend exercising is key. Don’t stop after just 20-30 minutes. While this is enough for your cardiovascular system to get a workout it doesn’t have the biggest impact on burning fat. The first 20 minutes or so burns stored glycogen in your muscles, then you switch over to burning fat for energy if you can keep up a consistent pace for 45-60 minutes you’ll have a lot more success.
