I Smoke, But Am I Addicted?
January 31, 2009 on 1:10 pm | By admin | In Health | 1 CommentWe have all heard the term social smoker. If a person is truly a social smoker can only be known by them personally. A lot of people claim to only smoke socially, but deep down they know the truth. They are always smoking, whether it be at a party with several other people, or after the party as they drive themselves home, alone. Maybe social smokers only exist in high school or college, when at times there was peer pressure to fit in. It is possible for adults to only smoke socially, but it is far less likely. You may ask yourself, am I addicted, or am I just a social smoker? You can find out by asking yourself these questions:
How many cigarettes do I smoke each day? Do I frequently run out of breath in normal situations? After I awake in the morning, how long is it before I have my first cigarette? Do I have withdrawal symptoms when I’m not smoking?
