If you’re looking to drop a few pounds then I have some suggestions for you.  For example, I highly recommend that you start a food journal.  Did you know that even registered dieticians underestimate their daily caloric intake by as much as 20%?  This means that people really have no idea how much they’re actually eating.  After a while you’ll realize how many calories are in an average piece of food, and you can mentally keep track.
