You can Lose Weight Fast if you follow the same routine that I did. I did belly breathing/thrusting every morning & it sped up my metabolism. I also went for a walk as soon as I got up. I went to a Yoga class & Tai Chi class 3 times each week.

I drank 1/2 gallon of water every day with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it & I ate a lot of fruit & salad- 70% to 80% of my whole diet was raw food. I did these things for 3 months straight & have lost over 35 pounds. I feel & look fabulous!
