Results - key to motivation

I have been trying to lose extra weight for a long time now, but expecially since giving birth to both of my boys. I used to love doing cardio workouts. I am finding that they are not as effective for me as they were before I had gained the weight.

Now I have put together the perfect weight loss workouts for me to lose the extra weight. I have a plan for each day so that I am not bored. I enjoy spending the time working out, which keeps me motivated. And now that I am starting to see some real results I could not be happier.
