People have got to take vitamins today to stay healthy. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin which means that the body uses what it needs and discards the rest. Your body does not store this vitamin. That is why sometimes after taking vitamins, when you go to the bathroom, you will notice that your urine is a bright yellow. This is a good sign showing you that your body has taken and used all of the Vitamin C that it needs and then discarded the rest. However you need to constantly take this vitamin because your body does not store it. Vitamin C is extra helpful for our immune systems and warding off colds.
