When I was trying to lose weight I found that the best weight loss program for me was a liquid diet. I know that sounds awful but it was really good. I made shakes on a daily basis for two weeks, 3x a day. They were really good and tasted like dessert. After two weeks the dietitian started to introduce some solids into the plan and I gave up one shake a day for a meal. I lost a lot of weight on the shake plan.
