Use a pulse oximeter when working out

I am quite overweight and have decided to start exercise regularly.  I’ve also started to eat healthier.  I was nervous about starting a workout regimen because I get out of breath very quickly, sometimes when I’m not even working out!  Using a fingertip pulse oximeter helps me to keep an eye on where my oxygen levels are so that I don’t overdo it!  I researched for a few weeks so that I would get the best quality for the money and I settled with the Nonin GO2, which is affordable and compact.  I can literally bring it everywhere I go and it is extremely accurate.
