Use Fast Self Talk For Bypassing Anxiety Attacks

Among the many cures for panic attacks, some of my favorite methods for beating the “fear beast” and overwhelming an attack as I feel one trying to overtake me, are accessing the twenty four hour hot line that the support group has set up for our citizens, and also the ability to stop what I am doing and tell myself that things really are OK, and that I do not need to worry. This self talk method works for me particularly well, and can be done silently or out loud, depending upon whether or not I am around people. I find this treatment the best one of all.
