If the members at your gym are anything like mine then they probably look at you strange if you’re using resistance bands to workout rather then free weights. After all isn’t resistance training just for rehabilitation? You might think that but truthfully it’s not. Resistance training is an excellent form of strength training for anyone who wants to tone and sculpt their bodies, not just people trying to get back on their feet. The difference is the types of exercises you do with the bands. The right set will allow you to duplicate over a hundred popular exercises you can do in the gym.
