I really like this coffee shop

If they come from US or some european culture, they would usually be amused by what I termed "how to make coffee locally". Instead of espresso machines or coffee makers, you have an old uncle using a coffee socks and 2 jugs of hot waters. Minutes later, you get aromatic strong coffee. This is one of those local flavor that characterize Singapore.The way we make our coffee is so different from other countries and I was thinking that this should be a selling point of the tourism promotion board right?
