To be certain they don’t have a criminal record, I run a background check on the Internet. You can find out just about anything about anybody online. Go to www people search and find a person’s address, phone number, and email address for free. Then expand the search to include the background check and find out any important personal information. If there is anything questionable about the person, it will be in the search results. Some might consider this to be an invasion of privacy, but I think it is just good business to know who I have working for me.
