Without romantic respect, you’ll be used. If you’re a woman, you’ll be used for sex. Or…if you’re a man…a woman may use you as a provider and while sleeping with men that she is really attracted to…because she does not respect you romantically as she does respect her other lovers. She’ll justify her actions by thinking that you’re not giving her the kind of feelings she wants from a man. So keep this in mind when you’re trying to get your ex back. Either keep the romantic respect by acting like a challenge, or don’t bother at all!
