Why I gave my wife flowers at home

My wife works for the communications department for the Merced County Sheriff’s Department. Their department is right next to the county jail, which makes getting deliveries there next to impossible. I remember last year I was going to have some Mothers Day Flowers delivered to her at work. I had gone to a florist and picked out a very nice arrangement. When the delivery kid tried to deliver the flowers he was not allowed into the facility where my wife works. I ended up giving her the flowers at home.
