Home Business Hiring: Will Search Criminal Records

I am nervous about allowing people to have access to my home, family and business but as of right now that is the only choice I have until I purchase some commercial real estate. I am using this website to find court records on applicants. It has proven to be helpful. One of my favorite candidates who I intended on hiring was charged with two burglaries in the last 5 years. I am happy that he is not my employee and even happier that I didn’t have to tell him that is not why I didn’t hire him.
