Settling Up

One never really considers everything that is at stake when this happens but there is a lot to settle. We ended up hiring a fine Nassau county probate attorney that was really a huge help in sorting out all the financial details. In such an emotional time as this, it is almost irreplaceable to have an impartial, unbiased professional to muddle through the “ins and outs” of a will or an estate. Thankfully, our selection turned out to be a very good one and we were able to eliminate one of the sources of stress out of this situation
