The age old adage, you only get out what you put in has really been ringing true for me over the last few weeks. After a complete diet make over to address my constant lack of energy and motivation I feel three hundred percent better. I have also started using sports supplements full of energy rich vitamins and complex carbohydrates to kick start my metabolism throughout the day. I feel on top of the world and the more exercise I do the better I feel, it is like a knock on effect. Great news for me and great news for the dog that now gets twice the walks she used to.
