Be careful when using images

As you will learn in any good introduction to HTML course, you need to be careful when using images on your webpages. These images must be stored as a separate “image” files, and they must be uploaded in order to display properly. When someone visits your site and views your webpages, each of these image files must be loaded so that they can be seen — and the more of them there are, the longer your webpages can take to load (particularly with a slow, dial up Internet connection). Also, image files take up much more storage space than regular text, so you should limit your use of image files to the absolute minimum.
