Every person with a problem will be in one room, and I would lose track of who needs what because everyone is getting impatient. But when I found this live chat software, it made my days that much easier to help people with their questions. I can have one on one talks with a customer, and make sure that I know what it is he needs help with. You don’t know how happy I am that I made this purchase. Now my customers can stop writing in caps lock at me.
