Most Items In Our Everyday Life Have a System for Identification!

Cars come with vehicle identification numbers, commonly know as a VIN number. Guns come with a registration number. Even computers connected to the internet come with an IP address to identify the computer. With cars, if they are stolen and recovered with a new paint job of any other modifications it can be traced back with a VIN number. With a firearm, a ID number can be investigated though IBIS to track down the history and the current owner of the weapon.
